It is submitted on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 03.03.2022, a report with regard to the present stage of the trial of Sugauli Rail P.S. case no. 27 of 2004 was called for from the trial court.

The report has been received. From perusal of the same, it appears that the case, in question, has been ended in conviction on 25.03.2022 and, as such, the present bail application has become infructuous.
