Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The name of petitioners was disclosed by a passerby and having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused, Lalan Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
