One Kilogram of Charas has been recovered from the possession of petitioner and his bail application was rejected on merit after arriving at the finding that commercial quantity of Charas has been recovered from the possession of petitioner and the petitioner was arrested on the spot. Petitioner has failed to produce any subsequent ground for reconsideration of the bail application at this stage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial has not progressed substantially and the petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2020.

I do not find any force in the argument of the petitioner and taking into consideration the fact that commercial
