2. The petitioner has moved the Court against the order dated 25.01.2016 passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Begusarai (hereinafter referred to as the 'Authority') in Case No. 11 of 2014.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7771 of 2016 dt.25-07-2017 2/2 petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ application to enable him to move before the State Appellate Authority.

4. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose.

5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.
