This application has been filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Nadi (Naugachia) P.S. Case No. 21 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 385, 427, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is accused in 15 more cases out of which he has been acquitted in two cases, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
