The petitioner is accused in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 62 of 2015, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, Police recovered the mobile from the possession of Rahul Kumar and got recorded his confessional statement, who disclosed that the said mobile was sold to him by this petitioner, except the confessional statement of co-accused Rahul Kumar, there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 09.02.2016.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17713 of 2016 (2) dt.29-04-2016 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M. Barh, Patna in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 62 of 2015.
