Taking into consideration that informant is not an eye witness of the alleged occurrence and it appears that in course of investigation, not a single prosecution witness claimed to have seen the actual killing of the deceased and furthermore, having more or less similar allegation several co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by different Benches of this Court, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Kochas P.S.Case No. 150 of 2013.
