The petitioner is languishing in custody since 07.02.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner one Khukhari and one Samsung mobile were recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the co-accused from whom one loaded country made pistol was recovered, namely, Sanjay Sharma has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 21516 of 2015 and the investigation has already concluded.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24592 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa (Sadar) P.S. Case No. 79 of 2015.
