Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Title Suit No. 161 of 2001 was filed by the petitioner/plaintiff, a senior citizen, in 2001 and there is no progress in the suit. Accordingly, he prays to dispose of this application with liberty

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.1731 of 2018(3) dt.27-02-2023 2/2 to file appropriate application before the court concerned for expeditious disposal of the case.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner this case is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.
