The petitioner is languishing in custody since 28.03.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant's motorcycle, cash and mobile were robbed leading to the registration of the FIR against unknown. Petitioner's complicity sprang up during investigation and on the confession of the petitioner the robbed mobile was recovered from co-accused Dinesh Kumar Sahni. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has not been put on TIP. Statement to that effect has been made in paragraph 7 of the petition. The
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24545 of 2015 (2) dt.20-07-2015 2/2 investigation has already concluded.
A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 26 of 2015.
