2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 586/2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/323/307/337/379/ 504/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that one Navin Yadav is the assailant of the injured, the petitioner is not assigned with any role in the occurrence except the fact that he is member of the unlawful assembly.
4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37702 of 2024(3) dt.04-10-2024 2/2 behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 586/2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
