Petitioner is in jail custody since 23.12.2014 on the accusation that he took the informant's minor daughter for illegal purpose. The victim was recovered and her statement was recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C in which she has stated that she was taken up by the petitioner. However, the victim has nowhere stated about any misbehaviour of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to
