The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No. 442 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 324, 307, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is said to have hurled a blow by sword on the informant which has caused simple injury to him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that there was some dispute between the parties for which

Case No. 443 of 2020 against the informant of the present case and others. The persons from the petitioner's side have also received injuries in the occurrence.

Regard being had to the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No. 442 of 2020, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
