2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and Section 66(E) of the Information Technology Act.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have sexually assaulted the informant, made video of the same on mobile phone and kept threatening her to make it viral.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only with a view to pressurize him as prior to lodging of this case also, a complaint case was lodged in Mahila Thana as well as in Pakribarawan Police Station against this petitioner and his
