The petitioner seeks bail in Kako P. S. Case No.152 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

In the written report, it it alleged that daughter of informant had gone to Jehanabad for correction in the father's name in Aadhar Card but, she did not return. Informant has raised suspicion against petitioner and other accused persons as named in the written report having abducted his minor daughter to marry with petitioner. The statement of victim girl has been recorded U/s 164 Cr.P.C. which is annexed as Annexure-2 to bail petition,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33707 of 2019(3) dt.19-07-2019 2/2 wherein, she has stated that she lived with this petitioner for one month. The petitioner did not commit any illegal with her. Petitioner is in custody since 31.8.2018 having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District and Sessions Judge-1st Jehanabad in connection with Kako P. S. Case No.152 of 2018, S.T. No. 20 of 2019 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) shyambihari/- U T
