1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners were granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by an order dated 29.04.2026 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 5432 of 2026 with a condition that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be their respective father, it is further submitted that in compliance of the order dated 29.04.2026 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 5432 of 2026, petitioner no. 2 (Md. Chalu) appeared before the learned Trial Court and was released on anticipatory bail as his father became a bailor. It is

Wasik) died on 10.05.2011, on which learned A.P.P. submits that from perusal of the supplementary affidavit it would manifest that petitioner at para 3 has pleaded that his father died on 07.09.2014, on which learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner no. 1 submits that father of the petitioner no. 1 died on 10.05.2011 but inadvertently the date of issuance of the death certificate, annexed as annexure P/2, has been recorded as the date of death.

3. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the order dated 29.04.2026 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 5432 of 2026 with respect to petitioner no. 1 (Wasik @ Md. Wasik) is modified to the extent that if petitioner no. 1 surrenders within a period of two weeks from today, he shall be released on anticipatory bail and one of the bailors of the petitioner no. 1 shall be his brother-in-law, namely, Md. Abdullah.

4. The order dated 29.04.2026 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 5432 of 2026 is modified to the extent indicated above.
