The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 498A and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the husband of the informant. The wife made allegation that the petitioner subjected her to physical and mental torture due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. The petitioner is in custody since 23.04.2015 and he has remained in jail for three months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Town P.S. Case No. 131/15.
