JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused Sujit Kumar, who was arrested in connection with Mithanpura P.S.Case No. 188 of 2015, and on the basis of aforesaid confessional statement, petitioner was remanded in the present case as well as some other cases also. So far as recovery of stolen articles is concerned, it is informed that the stolen articles are said to have been recovered from possession of the aforesaid co-accused Sujit Kumar and no stolen articles has been recovered from possession of petitioner.
