1. The defect pointed out by the registry is ignored.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in the present petition is with regard to absorption of non-formal instructor, which has stood concluded, however probably a petition is pending at the behest of the instructors before the Hon'ble Apex Court, thus, while disposing off the present petition, liberty be granted to the petitioner to reagitate her grievances, in case any order is passed in favour of similarly situated instructors by the Hon'ble Apex Court.
