JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-09-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 214 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 32(I)(II), 36, 34(I) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

718.56 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from the goat farm of this petitioner.

It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner. The said goat farm is in open field and lying in abandoned condition. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
