The petitioner seeks bail in Gurua P.S. Case No. 74 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 353 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a)/61 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

600 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from Jalpa Ahar village and Shamshan Ghat.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Recovery has been made from open place which is accessible to general public. It is stated in para 3 of the petition that though petitioner is accused in 21 cases, but he is on bail in all those cases. Petitioner is in custody since 12.04.2021. Investigation is complete.
