In the light of the Letter No. 1033/2016 dated 22.03.2016, made by the learned District & Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara, it has been submitted that three months more time be granted so that the Sessions Trial Case No. 53/2015 could be concluded.

The earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 02.09.2015 with a direction to the court below to conclude the trial preferably within a period of six months.

Three months further time is granted to the court below
