The petitioner seeks bail in Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 547 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecutrix made allegation that while she had gone to ease herself the petitioner put her down and made an attempt to commit rape with her.

It is submitted that there is land dispute between the parties. Title Suit No. 81 of 1991 is still pending. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail for last 41⁄2 months, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16735 of 2015 (2) dt.19-05-2015 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Kumar Madhvendra, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 547 of 2014.
