Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 503C of 2017 registered for the offence under sections 498A, 494 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, for the same set of allegation, the opposite party no. 2 had earlier also lodged a case against the petitioner bearing Kashichak P.S. Case No. 52 of 2017 and a complaint case bearing Compliant Case No. 593C of 2015., as

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Complaint Case No. 503C of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
