Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 385 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report reflects that the demand was made by another person and so far as petitioner is concerned, the aforesaid unknown person directed the informant to come at Mushhari Bazar along with the petitioner and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.
