JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-05-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 14.07.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 489(A), 489(B), 489(C), 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

From the possession of the petitioner eight fake currency of rupees five hundred denominations were recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that even assuming the accusation, at best the case under Section 489(C) of the Indian Penal Code is made out which is bailable and the similarly situated co-accused Jamadul Hassan has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 47747 of 2014. Moreover the investigation has already concluded.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 577 of 2014.
