The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of petitioner was figured in the case in the confessional statement of Sobrati Mian. The petitioner is in jail since 08.12.2014 but he has not been put in T. I. parade and charge sheet has been submitted. Except the confession of co-accused no tangible evidence is collected against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24945 of 2015 (2) dt.20-07-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Motihari, East Champaran in Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 152/14 (S. Tr. No. 273 of 2015).
