JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-08-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Chakia P.S. Case No. 204 of 2017, G.R. No. 4552 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per F.I.R. is that in the road accident one girl died, thereafter, the petitioners and several other accused persons created unlawful assembly and blocked the road and when police personnel came and tried to pacify the matter, they abused the police party.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 204 of 2017, G.R. No. 4552 of 2017, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
