The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with C.A. Case No.1519 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 420,406,467,468 and 471/34 of the IPC. Allegation against the petitioner is that, in connivance with co-accused persons including the office of Anchal Rupali, putting forged signature of the complainant, prepared a forged partition and issued lagan receipt.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that petitioner is the elected member as Punch and has got no concern with the land and there is no allegation of any overtact and the allegation. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with C.A. Case No.1519 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Prakash Narayan /- U T
