The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No.413 of 2021 registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. No specific allegation is attributed to the petitioner, who is said to be the mother-in-law of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
