1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the application is for appropriate writ, order/orders and direction on the respondents and also a direction to remove illegal construction on government land and direct to declare this land as road."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel, appearing for the respondents no.6 to 8 submits that the Basgit Parcha issued in

Patna High Court CWJC No.23586 of 2018(2) dt.10-07-2024 2/2 their favor was cancelled by an order dated 24.01.2024, passed by the District Magistrate, Lakhisarai in Basgit Parcha Cancellation Case No.06 of 2023, which was challenged by the private respondent no.7, by filing a writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. No.2519 of 2024 and a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 04.03.2024, has been pleased to transfer the records of the said writ petition to Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to intervene in the aforesaid case, which has stood transferred to the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna, by approaching the said Tribunal. Liberty so sought is granted.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
