The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The police arrested the petitioner along with other accused persons but from the possession of the petitioner one live cartridge was recovered for which the petitioner is in jail since 26.11.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid and that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than eight months, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
