Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to prosecution case itself, the alleged occurrence took place on 09.11.2015 but petitioner was caught by the informant on 11.11.2015 i.e. after two days of the alleged occurrence.

No doubt, the informant claimed to have identified the petitioner but considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18619 of 2016 (2) dt.03-05-2016 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Rail P.S. Case No. 18 of 2015.
