Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No.134C of 2018, registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant alleged that immediately after death of her husband, her father-in-law, mother-in-law and brother-inlaw subjected her to physical and mental torture and drove her out from the house.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33446 of 2019(2) dt.21-05-2019 2/2 account of some petty dispute, the complainant demanded partition of the property immediately after death of her husband and for that the complainant lodged the case. Taking into consideration the facts and nature of allegation made against the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the complainant, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Complaint Case No.134C of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
