The petitioner is accused in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 88 of 2015 registered under Sections 379 and 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that in the night of 14/15.12.2015, three persons were taking away the goats form the door informant by unfolding then informant woke up and on chased, petitioner was apprehended while two others succeeded to flee away, who disclosed the name of his two associates as Mithun Singh and Fudo Mandal.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, the petitioner was in the way and due to misconception he was
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17819 of 2016 (2) dt.02-05-2016 apprehended by the villagers and handed over to the police. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 15.12.2015.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Uda-Kishunganj, Madhepura, in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 88 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
