The petitioner is said to be driver of the vehicle from which, stolen pipe is said to have been recovered but admittedly, one co-accused Sheo Kumar Chaudhary was also apprehended along with the petitioner and the said Sheo Kumar Chaudhary has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
