Taking into consideration that mini gun factory has been unearthed from house of the petitioner and the petitioner carries criminal antecedent of similar nature, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No. 908 of 2014 arising out of Kasim Bazar P.S.
