JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased and admittedly, co-accused Wazir Yadav who happens to be father-in-law of the deceased has already been granted privilege of bail by this court. Moreover, the motive behind the alleged occurrence appears to be illicit relation of husband of the deceased with another lady.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
