JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section307 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section-27 of the Arms Act.
Petitioner is said to have given Gadansa blow, causing head injury to the injured. Similarly, it is stated that co-accused Yogeshwar Manjhi gave sword blow, causing injury on the head and back of the injured.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only one injury was found on the head of the injured and moreover, coaccused, Yogeshwear Manjhi has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court by order dated 25-012016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58185 of 2015. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of

No.18769 of 2016 (2) dt.04-05-2016 2/2 the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nawada (Kadirganj) P.S.
