2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 386, 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, in brief, is that on 27.06.2016 at about 06:00 P.M. when the informant was returning to his house, on the way, these petitioners on point of gun snatched his motorcycle and took signature of informant on stamp paper and also demanded Rs. 30,000/- from him.

4. It is submitted that these petitioner are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case due to previous enmity. Police after investigation found the case false and submitted final form against these petitioners.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners oppose the bail petition.

6 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Cjm V, Motihari (East Champaran) in connection with Pakridayal P,S. Case No 192 of 2016, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
