Petitioner is accused in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 05 of 2016 registered under Sections 399, 402, 412 and 414 of the I.P.C.
The police on receiving secrete information about making the plant of dacoity by some miscreants reached near Fauji Line Hotel where 6 persons were apprehended by the Police having arms who also disclosed that before 10 days one Pulsar motorcycle was looted by them and the said motorcycle was handed over to this petitioner for selling.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in fact, the petitioner has purchased the motorcycle
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19680 of 2016 (2) dt.10-05-2016 2/2 from Golu Thakur as bona fide purchase without knowledge that the motorcycle was of stolen one. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 05.01.2016.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 05 of 2016.
