The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sare P.S. Case no. 12 of 2019, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that informant along with his friend Tuntun Yadav went to his purchased land for measurement of the same, where petitioners and one Chandramouli Yadav started abusing and attacked upon the informant and his friend. At that time, firing was also made by the accused persons. At that time, they snatched cash of Rs.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in fact, the alleged land as detailed in the F.I.R. was purchased by petitioner No.1 Ravi Yadav and 4 Sanjit Yadav through sale deed dated 14.01.2016 from Kurshid Gilani son of Late Gulam Gilani, resident of village- Konant, P.S. Ashthawa, DistrictNalanda, but the informant of the present case tried to take possession over the same land due to that reason hot talks were exchanged between the parties, but with ulterior motive, the informant lodged the present case with false allegation. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Sare P.S. Case No. 12 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
