The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 307, 295A and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant, a police officer, alleged that he got information that some boys of Muslim community were abusing and assaulting the members of Hindu community near Sonhan Bus Stand and, on enquiry, the informant got the names of the petitioner and others. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 06.04.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial
