The petitioner is accused in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 329 of 2015, registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation only suspicion has been raised by the brother of the informant vide para 19 and 20 of the case diary to the effect that deceased was seen with the petitioner in course of going to attend the Shradh ceremony and thereafter deceased did not return, except the suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. The

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Muffasil P.S.
