JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner is languishing in custody since 01.04.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner assaulted the informant with knife. Earlier also the petitioner tried to extort money from the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that though the injury of the informant was found to be grievous but the petitioner has no intention to kill the informant. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Moreover, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24223 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 investigation has already concluded.

Considering the aforementioned facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No.367 of 2014.
