The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Darauli P.S. Case No. 125 of 2020 dated 22.06.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 448, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant and other members of his family because of a dispute over erection of a pole in the courtyard. The petitioners are the co-sharers of the informant. They stand in the relation of brother and nephews to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32565 of 2020(2) dt.19-02-2021 2/2 informant. The injuries suffered by the victims are reported to be simple in nature.

The parties have settled their dispute and a compromise petition also has been filed.

Considering all these facts, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Siwan in connection with Darauli P.S. Case No. 125 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
