Petitioner being husband is in jail custody since 20.4.2015 in a case registered under sections 498A, 323,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that informant refused to lead her conjugal life with the petitioner on the pretext that she would be killed, if she dared to go to her matrimonial home.

Marriage of the petitioner has been solemnized 14 years ago and the demand of torturing appears to be of general in nature. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Akbarpur P.S. Case no. 25/2015.
