JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code. The name of the petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of Kishori Paswan and it appears that except the aforesaid confessional statement as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Petitioner is in jail custody since 4.1.2016 and up till now, he has not been put on Test Identification Parade.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
