2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

1. 3. Allegation against this petitioner is commision of assault with knife on left thigh and left wrist of the son of the informant .

4. It is submitted that petitioner has been made accused in this case because he happens to be the co-villager of the informant and since long there is some dispute going on between them. There is general and omnibus allegation of assault against this petitioner. Doctor has found simple injury.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial MagistrateSaran, Chapra in connection with Baniyapur P.S. case no 43 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
