====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 20-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor assisted by learned counsel for the complainant.

Informant has been deceived on false pretext a sum appertaining to Rs.4,33,000/- however, petitioner is ready to deposit the amount.

After having the total amount appertaining to Rs.4,33,000/- deposited in the court, petitioner Sandeep Kumar Jha will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.240 of 2012.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20868 of 2015 (2) dt.20-05-2015 The deposit will not be treated as an admission on the part of the petitioner during course of trial. The aforesaid deposit will be subject to conclusion of the trial. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J.) PN/- U T
